The Rathbones Folio Prize 2018 shortlist, announced on 27 March, represents the best of English-language literature from around the world, regardless of genre. A diverse and exciting list of five novels, two memoirs and work of non-fiction, the eight shortlisted books are:

Once Upon A Time In The East  by Xiaoulu Guo
Exit West by Mohsin Hamid
White Tears by Hari Kunzru
Ghosts of the Tsunami by Richard Lloyd Parry
Reservoir 13 by Jon McGregor
Conversations With Friends by Sally Rooney
Anything is Possible by Elizabeth Strout

We are excited to be able to let you sample each of the shortlisted books. Starting on 6 April a new book will be released every second day, then you will be able to access all of the books until May.
